By purchasing and using our digital products, you agree to the terms outlined below. We've written this in plain language to make it easy to understand what you can and can't do with your mockup files.

What You Get: Single-Business Commercial License

When you purchase from The Mockup Studio, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-business commercial license. This means you can use the files for your own business with confidence!

✅ You CAN:

Create unlimited commercial projects for your own business
Generate unlimited product images for your shop listings, website, and marketing
Use mockups on any platform - Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, social media, email campaigns, advertisements
Sell physical products created using the mockups (t-shirts, mugs, prints, engraved items, personalized gifts, etc.)
Share with your team - employees, business partners, contractors, or virtual assistants working directly for your business can use the files
Use for marketing materials - social media graphics, website designs, product catalogs, presentations, promotional content

❌ You CANNOT:

Share, resell, or redistribute the mockup files (PSD or JPG) in any format
Share your The Mockup Studio account login with anyone outside your business
Use for client work - design agencies cannot use mockups to create materials for multiple clients
Use across multiple businesses - if you own separate business entities, each needs its own license
Include in digital product bundles - you cannot resell the mockup files as templates, clip art, or digital assets
Remove watermarks or copyright notices from any files
Reverse engineer or extract components to create competing products
Upload to file-sharing sites or template marketplaces
Allow end customers to access the original files (e.g., in print-on-demand services where customers can download/edit the PSD)

Single-Business License Explained

This license covers one business entity only. Here's what that means:

Who Can Use the Files?

✅ You (the business owner)

✅ Business partners and co-owners of the same business

✅ Employees working for your business

✅ Contractors, freelancers, or virtual assistants hired to work on your business projects

Important: People working for your business can only use the mockups for your business projects—not for their own separate businesses or other clients.

Multiple Businesses?

If you operate multiple separate business entities (e.g., two different Etsy shops under different names, or a separate LLC), each business requires its own license.

Business Transfer?

If you sell or transfer ownership of your business, the license does not transfer with it. The new owner must purchase their own license.

Examples:

✅ Permitted Use: You run "Sarah's Personalized Gifts" and employ a virtual assistant to create product listings. Your VA can use the mockup files to create images for your business.

❌ Prohibited Use: You hire a freelance designer who also works for other businesses. The designer cannot use your mockup files for their other clients—only for your business projects.

Need an Extended License?

If you want to:

Use mockups for client work as a design agency or service provider
Use mockups across multiple separate businesses you own
Incorporate mockups into a larger commercial offering or service
Use mockups in ways not covered by this standard license

⚠️ Unauthorized use beyond this single-business license constitutes copyright infringement.

What You Can Create (Permitted End Products)

You may use our mockups to create:

Physical Products

T-shirts, mugs, prints, stationery, packaging, signage, engraved items, personalized gifts, and other tangible goods for sale.

Marketing Materials

Social media graphics, advertisements, website designs, email campaigns, promotional content, and product catalogs.

Digital End Products

E-books, presentations, videos, and other finished works where the mockup is incorporated and cannot be extracted.

Product Mockups

Images showcasing your products for e-commerce listings, online stores, and marketing purposes.

Important: The end product must be a finished work where the original mockup files cannot be extracted, separated, or reused by the end customer.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our mockups in any way that:

Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Infringes on the rights of any third party
Contains or promotes illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Competes directly with any of Bulk Made Studio Limited's business (e.g., creating competing mockup templates or digital asset libraries)
Misrepresents the source or quality of products depicted in final images
Allows end customers to access, download, or manipulate the original mockup files

Ownership & Copyright

All intellectual property rights remain with Bulk Made Studio Limited. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Our products are protected by:

UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
International copyright treaties and conventions
Trade secret and intellectual property laws

File Tracking & Enforcement

All mockup files contain embedded metadata including purchase information. We reserve the right to:

Monitor for unauthorized use or distribution
Use reverse image search and digital tracking tools to identify license violations
Request proof of license from any party using images created with our mockups
Take legal action against individuals or entities violating this agreement

We take intellectual property protection seriously and actively monitor for unauthorized use.

License Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.

Upon termination, you must:

Immediately cease all use of the mockup files
Delete or destroy all copies in your possession
Remove any images created with the mockups from public display (at our discretion)

Termination does not eliminate your liability for any breach that occurred prior to termination.

Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the nature of digital products. Once you receive the download link, we cannot offer refunds.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems (corrupted files, compatibility issues, missing files), please contact us at support@themockupstudio.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will:

Work to resolve the issue
Provide replacement files if necessary
Offer technical support to get you up and running

Before You Purchase

Please check the product description for software requirements. Our mockups typically require:

Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 or newer (for PSD files)
High-quality JPG files are included for use without Photoshop

Warranty Disclaimer

Our mockups are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Bulk Made Studio Limited does not warrant that:

The mockups will meet your specific requirements
The mockups will be error-free or uninterrupted
Any defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk Made Studio Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the mockups
Any unauthorized access to or use of the mockups
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted
Any errors or omissions in the mockups

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the mockup.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bulk Made Studio Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the mockups
Your breach of this agreement
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Changes to These Terms

Bulk Made Studio Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

The version of this agreement in effect at the time of your purchase governs your use of the mockups.

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Acknowledgment

By downloading and using our mockups, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Your purchase details (date, product, purchaser information, and order number) are recorded at the time of purchase and form part of this agreement.

Please retain your order confirmation and a copy of this license for your records.

This is a legal agreement between you (the purchaser) and Bulk Made Studio Limited.
